Client Technologies Technician
Must be local to Orlando, FL 32819.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support packaged and custom business applications
- Provide 2nd-tier support for enterprise systems and resolve escalated issues
- Analyze software performance and correct deficiencies
- Support evaluation and deployment of new packaged applications
- Deliver weekly status updates on ongoing projects to IT leadership
- Maintain documentation of services, configurations, and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support and technology solutions
- Provide consultation for system enhancements and best practices
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field; or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software/application delivery and support
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Basic PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of VPNs, remote desktop tools, and MDM solutions (e.g., Intune)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Effective communicator with proven reliability and efficiency
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
Additional Details
- Employment: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and budget
- Compensation: Starting at $25/hour
