Client Systems Administrator
About the role
You'll help deliver Epic software to end users across some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world. You'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the systems that connect clinicians and staff to Epic, ensuring reliable access to the tools they need to provide outstanding care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across Epic to design and maintain performant, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Manage application delivery, automate deployments, and debug system-level problems.
- Deploy new environments and troubleshoot complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, math, physics, MIS, or hard science preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- Covid-19 vaccination
