Client support technician outbound

On the road in West Michigan. Multiple visits every day. Requires strong customer service and communication skills and experience. Provide on-site after installation training, tweaking and service. Your role is to make people comfortable and confident using their technological gadgets. We’ll provide extensive training; you provide the passion. Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site after-installation training, adjustments, and service for smart home/office technology
• Ensure clients are comfortable and confident using their technological devices
• Provide exceptional customer service through strong communication skills

Requirements

• Experience with face-to-face customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology and helping others
• Willingness to undergo background, credit, and drug testing
