Client Support Specialist - Greater Tampa, FL Area (REMOTE)
The Role
To be considered for this role, your primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch sites: Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota.
About the role
We are seeking a remote, licensed Client Support Specialist in the Greater Tampa, FL metro area. While based at home, you must reside near these areas due to the need for occasional in-person interactions with colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Engage with high-net-worth clients with assets between $250,000 and $1 million, addressing their complex service and investment needs.
- Increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, process trade requests, and address other specialized financial needs.
Requirements
- Series 7 required, Series 63 preferred (training and support provided).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong technological skills and ability to quickly learn new tools.

- Broad knowledge of general financial planning concepts.
- Proven customer service, client support, and problem-solving skills.
