Client Support Specialist - Greater Houston, TX Area (REMOTE)
To be eligible for consideration, your primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of one of the following approved branch sites: Houston Memorial, Friendswood, Highland Village, Houston (Fannin), or Katy Champion Forest. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
About the Role
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on enhancing relationships with high-net-worth clients (assets of $250,000 to $1 million) who have complex service and investment needs. In this role, you will help increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.

Requirements
- Series 7 license (required)
- Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience

- Broad-based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
- Proven customer service, client support, and problem-resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Robust time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via inbound calls, responding to inquiries, including providing product and service-level guidance
- Process transactions such as options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized monetary requests
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
