Client Support Specialist
About the Role
Biz Voice Boost Inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist for hands-on work centered on customer resolution and the day-to-day demands of customer communication, contact-center support, outreach, quality, workforce, communications, and service operations. The role focuses on client support specialized execution within contact center service support, ensuring incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework. Success is measured by keeping customer resolution current, assigning owners to exceptions, and enabling seamless continuity for authorized teammates.
Qualifications
- Use Customer Communications Operations and Issue Resolution confidently in client support specialized execution within contact center service support.
- Apply Service Recovery without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to client support specialized execution.
- Document Customer Experience decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning behind client support specialized execution.
- Use sound judgment around Quality Assurance, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption in client support specialized execution.
Responsibilities
- Review the Client Support Specialist workflow by helping the team document commitments and next actions.
- Maintain the workflow by escalating complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
- Track the workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.
- Own the workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
- Coordinate the workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
Role Details
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is complete only when client support specialized execution leaves customer resolution accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.
