What We’re Looking For
SHAZAM is looking for a Client Support Representative to join our client support team.
What You'll Do
- Take incoming calls from financial institutions with a focus on issue resolution.
- Maintain adherence to phone schedule to ensure adequate phone coverage for client support.
- Partner and collaborate with peers and business partners, as needed.
- Participate in team and department planning meetings.
What You Need
- 1+ year of call center experience.
- Prior banking or financial services experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under the pressure of high expectations and deadlines.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
