What We’re Looking For

SHAZAM is looking for a Client Support Representative to join our client support team.

What You'll Do

  • Take incoming calls from financial institutions with a focus on issue resolution.
  • Maintain adherence to phone schedule to ensure adequate phone coverage for client support.
  • Partner and collaborate with peers and business partners, as needed.
  • Participate in team and department planning meetings.

What You Need

  • 1+ year of call center experience.
  • Prior banking or financial services experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of high expectations and deadlines.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.
