About the role

The Client Support Representative will provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and live chat. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client problems
  • Monitor and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing systems
