About the role
The Client Support Representative delivers high-quality support to camp directors, staff, and parents using the platform. This role resolves client inquiries with empathy and clarity, enhances user experience, and contributes to the continuous improvement of support processes. It plays a vital part in enabling camps to optimize their operations and positively impact their communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support via phone and email to users of the platform.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the platform through structured training.
- Communicate clearly, empathetically, and tactfully with clients.
- Identify opportunities for product and procedural improvements and collaborate to implement them.
- Accurately document client interactions and relevant information in the customer relationship management system.
Requirements
- Experience in a client support role with extensive direct client interaction.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work with urgency and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain processes clearly.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging conversations.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and improving work methods, including using AI tools.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and teach new software.
Pay
Target hiring range is $47,500 plus eligibility for up to a $3,000 annual bonus.
