1. About Our Client:This organization operates within the healthcare administration sector, focusing on client case management and payer communications. It addresses the challenges of maintaining accurate data entry, timely case processing, and effective coordination between clients, payers, and internal teams to meet service level agreements and ensure quality case throughput. 2. About the Opportunity:The Client Support Representative plays a crucial role in delivering service excellence by ensuring accurate case data entry, coordinating peer-to-peer reviews, and maintaining timely communication with client representatives and payers. This position is vital for verifying data accuracy and managing case flow to meet both internal and client expectations, thereby supporting the organization’s operational effectiveness. 3. Responsibilities:• Provide exemplary customer service to clients, payers, and team members• Ensure accurate chart entry and completion• Search account numbers and assign case numbers to avoid duplicates; report issues to management• Schedule payer calls and peer-to-peer discussions, including physician calendar management and follow-up• Enter return on investment details, case outcomes, and payer recoupment information• Manage denials and appeals cases according to client SLAs, accurately entering payer information• Process cases following workflow needs and productivity standards• Collaborate with clients and ancillary departments, providing follow-up information or forwarding documents as needed• Perform other duties as assigned 4. Requirements:• Proficiency in Outlook email, calendar, and case management systems• Competency in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required• Strong verbal and written communication skills with accurate transcription• Basic knowledge of hospital information systems beneficial• Skilled in office tasks such as faxing, scanning, and phone operations• Client-oriented with ability to build and maintain long-term relationships• Understanding of organizational policies and procedures• Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately under time constraints• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision• High school diploma or GED required• Experience with payer knowledge and denials management preferred but not mandatory 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
