Client Support Representative
Location(s): Atlanta, GA – La Vista, NE – Oakdale, MN – Scottsdale, AZ
Osaic operates on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must reside near one of the listed hubs and be willing to work this schedule.

Pay
$50,000 – $55,000 per year plus an annual performance-based bonus. Actual compensation is determined individually based on location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

About the role
Osaic’s Client Support team delivers high-quality support to house-account clients by handling inbound phone inquiries and accurately processing service-related forms and documentation. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients’ offices and provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the firm.
The Service Call Center is designed as an entry point to the organization, offering hands-on experience, ongoing training, and exposure to multiple areas of the business. As you develop your skills, you’ll have opportunities to expand responsibilities and explore diverse career paths across Osaic.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, including proven ability to resolve challenging issues
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet applications
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with advisors on service issues
- Ability to read and interpret company policies, operations manuals, technical guides, and regulatory documentation
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities
Customer Support & Phone Inquiries
- Answer inbound calls from clients courteously, professionally, and promptly
- Respond to questions about accounts, products, services, and procedures
- Research and resolve issues efficiently; escalate complex matters as needed
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
Form Processing & Administrative Support
- Review, verify, and process service forms and requests submitted by clients’ financial professionals
- Follow established workflows and service-level agreements to meet turnaround time expectations
- Communicate with clients regarding missing information or required corrections
Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and transactions
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, systems, and procedures
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery
- Identify trends or recurring issues and provide feedback to leadership
- Contribute to a positive team environment and customer-focused culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of brokerage experience
- Completion of the FINRA SIE exam
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience or exposure in: financial services, investment advisory, billing, accounting, advisor support, client support, operations support, account management, broker-dealer, or back-office operations
