Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing high inbound call volume and identifying coverage improvement opportunities.
- Support licensed producers with policy changes, account remarketing, and renewals.
- Deliver exceptional service, uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Accurately enter and manage client data in quoting and CRM systems.
- Analyze policies for accuracy, compliance, and client needs.
- Contribute to workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0-2 years customer service experience in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably in an independent agency.
- Active Property & Casualty license or commitment to obtain within 60 days.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused with strong communication skills.
- Process-driven, disciplined, and able to follow workflows while suggesting improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software; familiarity with EZLynx is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and results orientation.
- Physical ability to operate computers and office equipment for extended periods.
