About the role
The role is responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
