About the role
The Client Success Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client problems and improve services
- Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems (optional)
