Client Success Manager, Payer Retrieval

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Client Success Manager, Payer Retrieval to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this remote role, you will own customer relationships that support smooth service delivery and strong operational outcomes. This position blends client success, project coordination, and cross-functional execution across internal teams to keep payer retrieval work on track. You will monitor project status, facilitate communication, and help resolve issues that may affect performance, timelines, or the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relationships to ensure optimal service delivery
• Manage coordination, tracking, and reporting of customer projects
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams including engineering and sales
• Ensure effective communication through regular updates and reports
• Own project management processes and tools for customer operations
• Monitor project status throughout the lifecycle
• Identify and resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client success or account management experience
• Project management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payment models, and risk adjustment
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and technical communication
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay

$108,000 – $130,000 annually
