Client Success Manager I

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business. We're looking for a Client Success Manager I to join our growing Client Success team.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand clients' goals, business needs, and brand vision and align that knowledge to meaningful platform outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, consistent follow-through, and genuine investment in each client's success.
- Support clients through onboarding, develop a strong command of the Luxury Presence platform, and work cross-functionally to ensure clients are getting maximum value from their investment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client-facing role.
- 1+ year managing a book of business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort learning new software platforms quickly (ex. Wordpress, Shopify, and common CRMs).
- A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, and/or paid media) or a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus!)

- Good at building strong, trusted relationships with clients and understanding their goals and priorities.
- Communicating clearly and proactively — setting expectations, sharing updates, and ensuring clients feel supported.
- Driving product adoption by translating client goals into thoughtful, tailored platform recommendations.
- Maintaining multiple clients and priorities while staying highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to advocate for client needs and ensure timely solutions.
- Approaching challenges with curiosity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
