Reporting to the Client Success Supervisor, the Client Success Coordinator assists the Client Success Specialists with gathering and providing new client data to the financial planning department (balance sheets, GLs, investment statements, etc.) while maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain various financial planning systems by entering new and updated client account information, including financial statements, investment holdings, debt schedules, personal lifestyles, and insurance policies
  • Maintain client confidence and protect the Firm by keeping information confidential
  • Follow Firm processes and procedures for data entry requirements
  • Communicate with Client Success Specialist to ensure information accuracy and timeliness
  • Review client documents and prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Process client and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Verify entered client and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Purge files as needed to eliminate duplication of data
  • Assist Client Success Specialist with secure communication to third parties
  • Execute administrative tasks required when the Client Success Team receives new clients
  • Maintain client database by adding new clients and updating existing client & entity information

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Established ability to quickly learn new technologies and accurately input data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Extreme thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.

Schedule

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours and ability to work remotely may be allowed based on management’s approval.

Pay

Minimum: $20.00/hr - Maximum: $25.00/hr USD
