Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to confirm their needs are met and provide exceptional service
- Utilizing market research and digital analytics to inform creative campaigns and effective sales strategies
- Managing accounts and employing strategies to build trust and loyalty with clients
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of client-focused initiatives
- Analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Overseeing financial budgeting and project management to achieve organizational targets
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team development
- Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Holding oneself and team members accountable to uphold professional and technical standards
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or PwC experience
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital analytics
- Excelling in client management and relationship building
- Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical thinking for client profiling
- Managing project budgets and proposal coordination effectively
- Embracing change and innovation in customer experience design
- Developing skills in sales account planning and upselling strategies
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or PwC experience
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
