As an Account Executive, you will help IT leaders move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive experience management.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow new business across organizations with 5,000–10,000 endpoints.
- Possess strong prospecting discipline and experience optimizing sales cadences.
- Show customers how Nexthink gives them real-time visibility, actionable insights, and automation to improve employee productivity, reduce friction, and deliver measurable business value.
- Engage IT and business stakeholders with confidence and build trust by becoming a credible advisor on Digital Employee Experience.
- Manage both tactical opportunities and larger strategic deals within your territory.
- Work with Nexthink partners to strengthen account coverage and customer impact.
- Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management with a win-win mindset.
- Maintain accurate quarterly and annual forecasts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in inside sales, commercial sales, or a closing role.
- Proven track record of pipeline generation, opportunity creation, and quota achievement.
- Strong prospecting discipline and experience optimizing sales cadences.
- Ability to sell business value, not just product features.
- Confidence engaging IT and business stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools.
- Ability to quickly learn Nexthink’s platform, the DEX category, and customer use cases.
- Positive, resilient, curious, and motivated by growth.
Benefits
The base salary for this role is $70,000-87,000 gross per year, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $130,000-160,000 with additional opportunity to earn commissions above this range.
Pay
Your total rewards compensation package includes base salary and may also include a commission or performance bonus plan.
