Client Solutions Intern (GBS-NA) - 2027 Summer

Our Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with some of the largest global brands, enabling them to leverage TikTok’s unique platform to drive business impact. About the role

As a Client Solutions Intern, you will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the North America Client Solutions team. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support internal control processes, data organization, and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Client Solutions team across key operational and strategic tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
• Assist with tracking and analyzing operational and financial metrics, including budgets and purchase orders.
• Support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product and performance metrics.
• Prepare analytical reports and strategic materials for business reviews and leadership forums.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in metrics, performance tracking, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data accurately.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Interest in digital media, technology, advertising, or data analytics.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $25.
