Client Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Cambridge Investment Research is seeking a Client Solutions Consultant to support and grow relationships with existing Cambridge Financial Advisors.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Cambridge Financial Advisors to support their business growth
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions across:
- Financial planning strategies
- Retailment solutions
- Cambridge Source offerings
- Drive adoption and utilization of Cambridge products and platforms
- Conduct consultative outreach (phone, virtual, and in-person) to educate advisors on available solutions
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless advisor experience
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory considerations
- Travel up to 25% to meet with advisors and attend events as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services consulting
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and retirement products
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with clients in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63/65 or 66) preferred or willingness to obtain within first year of employment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Location
Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3 days/week
Pay Range
$75-85,000/year + bonus
