About the role
The Client Solutions Associate (CSA) role is a key position within the Client Solutions team at Office Hours. This role is fast-paced and involves direct responsibility for growing the expert network and scaling the impact by connecting clients to the right subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, continuously communicating with clients and experts to track the progress of these connections to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Manage clients' research projects, from understanding their goals to recruiting and scheduling the right experts for them.
- Maintain and improve processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of client-expert connections.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to refine the Office Hours online platform based on insights gained from client and expert interactions.

Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional work experience
- Prior experience working at a startup
