Key Responsibilities
- Proactive client engagement: Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers.
- Training and onboarding: Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates.
- Territory growth: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue.
- Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory.
Requirements
- College Degree Preferred
- 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
- Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
