Client Solution Senior Associate
Summary Of Position
As a Client Solutions Senior Associate, your role is focused on end-to-end solution delivery for client needs throughout the client lifecycle, including client onboarding and managing client change requests. This role requires the ability to be client-facing, bringing strategic insight and practical solutions to both internal and external partners.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Client Requirement Analysis, Interpretation, and Validation
- Assist in analyzing, interpreting, and validating client requirements to support solution delivery
- Partner and build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams to support operational changes throughout the client lifecycle
- Effectively communicate diverse client needs with internal and external teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Able to explain technical concepts confidently to non-technical audiences, familiarity with medical and healthcare terminology
- Project Management, Accountability, and Change Management
- Lead and/or support on the execution of projects, including discovery, analysis, solution planning and delivery with executive read outs and reporting throughout lifecycle of a project
- Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the client's contract
- Lead meetings and conference calls with clients and internal partner teams
- Execute on, collaborate with, and/or delegate tasks to downstream functional teams
- Create and manage customer-specific materials and process artifacts
- Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up and thorough communication
- Use organization wide and departmental KPIs to drive prioritization and decision-making
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, assisting team to deliver on time
- Lead and support projects that aim to improve the client lifecycle to achieve scalability and automation to support high-quality client solutions
- Presentation Skills
- Facilitate meetings and conference calls with clients and internal partner teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional and client-facing experience and/or direct project management experience
- The ability to work flexibly across multiple projects and balance competing priorities cross-functionally
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, communicating and working with clients and internal partners (Technical Data Teams, Sales, Marketing, Client Management, etc.); ability to communicate with upper management
- Strong project management skills, proven ability to multitask effectively
- A creative and solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, to understand and respond to new and diverse client and project needs
- A metrics-driven approach, with the ability to set and track individual project metrics that are linked to company and team goals
- Keen attention to detail / strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience within the healthcare, health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems
- Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, and consultative skills
- Official PMP Certification a plus
- Multi-lingual is a plus (proficient in English)
Education Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant experience
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $62,000-$70,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
