Client Services Specialist III (Senior Teller)

About the role

Plumas Bank seeks a full-time Client Services Specialist III (Senior Teller) to work in their Truckee, CA branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, four years of prior teller/banking and/or cash handling experience, strong customer service and phone skills, dependability, and good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
• Manage customer accounts and assist with account inquiries
• Operate and maintain bank equipment and systems
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone and in person
• Follow bank policies and procedures

Requirements

• Four years prior teller/banking and/or cash handling experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Dependable and able to work in a team environment
• Good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California driver’s license
