Job Summary

As the Client Services Specialist your primary objective is to build trust, confidence, and loyalty in our clients by understanding their marketing goals. The Client Services Specialist will work with subject matter experts and campaign operations teams to keep projects on track, communicate proactively, uncover insights, and recommend strategies to help clients realize strong ROI for their campaigns.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts.
  • Facilitate smooth client handoffs from Sales to Client Service and Operations teams.
  • Lead new Account and new Project kickoff meetings to provide clients with a comprehensive, confidence-building onboarding experience.
  • Work alongside operations teams to stay abreast of all account activities. Ensure projects stay on schedule and KPIs are on track. Ensure everything we do is in alignment with overall client objectives and goals.
  • Communicate frequently and proactively. Listen to uncover client needs, anticipate and mitigate potential issues and roadblocks. Share news of our mutual successes.
  • Thoughtfully receive, respond to, and execute requests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Prepare documentation such as meeting agendas, notes, reports, estimates, proposals, project timelines, monthly or quarterly reviews, etc.
  • Learn from internal subject matter experts about our campaigns and products to deepen your own expertise. You don’t copy and paste internal communication to the client but understand it and meaningfully translate it in a client-friendly way.

Requirements

  • Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.
    • Communicate (written and oral) with clients and colleagues in an open, clear, friendly, confident manner.
    • Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and recommends solutions proactively.
    • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a focus on results.
    • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. Organized and able to prioritize and re-prioritize as new information rolls in.
    • Able to meet with clients in person, over the phone and through other various contact methods.
    • Able to translate internal “technical speak” into client-friendly explanations.
    • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
    • Able to work efficiently alone and collaborate as part of a team.
    • Think critically and objectively. Demonstrate strategic decision-making.
    • Openness to coaching, training, learning on the job, and adapts easily.
    • Comfortable giving presentations.
  • Education And Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business- related field is preferred.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience in design and execution of campaigns in different channels: email, CTV/OTT, display, social advertising, programmatic advertising, creative design.
    • Experience in identity data and custom audience segmentation, working with B2B and B2C accounts.

Compensation And Benefits

The final salary offer for this position will be uniquely determined by the combination of candidate's work location, specialized skills and seniority, and a review of internal salary benchmarks to ensure fair and competitive pay. Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times. Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL. Remote workers must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, MA, NY, CO, CT, IA, IL, ME, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA or WI.
