Overview

The Client Service Specialist is a client-focused role responsible for supporting and optimizing client accounts. Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, processing payroll data, and participating in team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a client list or service queue, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries.
  • Educate clients on system usage for payroll processing.
  • Assist clients with payroll support and general inquiries.
  • Participate in Client Service team meetings.
  • Take incoming customer phone calls from the support queue.
  • Accurately and completely document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication for client success.
  • Seek and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in the Distribution function and other areas as needed.

Requirements

  • Associates degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with effective verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
