Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and answer general questions about Society services
  • Cookordinate appointments and determine client eligibility for assistance
  • Check clients in for appointments and ensure appropriate supporting documentation (varies by request)
  • Work with Client Coordinator to assess urgency of requests and assign emergency cases

Qualifications

  • Commit to the team for a minimum of 6 months
  • Complete NMCRS Orientation and Training
  • Basic computer skills
  • Be able to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities, including staff, clients and fellow volunteers
