Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and answer general questions about Society services
- Cookordinate appointments and determine client eligibility for assistance
- Check clients in for appointments and ensure appropriate supporting documentation (varies by request)
- Work with Client Coordinator to assess urgency of requests and assign emergency cases
Qualifications
- Commit to the team for a minimum of 6 months
- Complete NMCRS Orientation and Training
- Basic computer skills
- Be able to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities, including staff, clients and fellow volunteers
