Serves as the primary point of contact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, mail and messages
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and meeting spaces
  • Cook up meeting room scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Aid in advisor calendars and assist with scheduling client meetings and reviews
  • Manage routine client service requests including account updates, money movements, beneficiary changes, and account access requests
  • Open brokerage and custodial accounts while ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Support client offboarding activities, including account closures, asset transfers, and final documentation
  • Support client events, welcome gifts, and "Raving Fan" opportunities
  • Support internal projects and cross-departmental initiatives

  • Show ability to learn and navigate CRM systems and financial platforms
  • Show strong computer and technology skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Administrative or client service experience required
  • Financial services experience preferred but not required
  • Show strong customer service and relationship management skills
