Serves as the primary point of contact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, mail and messages
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and meeting spaces
- Cook up meeting room scheduling and meeting preparation
- Aid in advisor calendars and assist with scheduling client meetings and reviews
- Manage routine client service requests including account updates, money movements, beneficiary changes, and account access requests
- Open brokerage and custodial accounts while ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Support client offboarding activities, including account closures, asset transfers, and final documentation
- Support client events, welcome gifts, and "Raving Fan" opportunities
- Support internal projects and cross-departmental initiatives

- Show strong computer and technology skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Administrative or client service experience required
- Financial services experience preferred but not required
- Show strong customer service and relationship management skills
