Client Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and document client financial transactions with a high level of accuracy, following established processes and applicable accounting principles.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve transaction issues, and provide clear guidance on products and services to support informed financial decisions.
• Engage in proactive outreach and relationship-building activities to develop, grow, and retain your own portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to maintain accurate records and continuously improve client service and operational effectiveness.
• Use virtual tools (including Zoom and relevant systems) to conduct client meetings, review financial information, and deliver a professional remote service experience.

Qualifications

• Clear, empathetic communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues in both written and verbal formats.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles, financial transactions, or related processes, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in building and managing long-term client relationships and growing a book of business.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in financial or data-driven contexts, with attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.

Pay

Part-time and full-time opportunities available within a flexible, remote work model. Compensation is performance based ranging from $30k-50k/yr for part-time and increasing to $100k+ for full-time associates.
