Client Services/Sales Associate

About the role

Elements Massage of Crofton seeks an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join their team as a client services and sales associate. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming experience for clients and help sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.

Responsibilities

• Follow proven processes to deliver excellent client experiences and sell memberships, gift cards, session upgrades, and provide service information.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, including assisting with light cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with therapists, estheticians, and other front-of-house staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and professionally.
• Manage the studio’s appointment scheduling system, handling phone, text, and email inquiries.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm are key qualities.
• Calm and soothing environment, with tranquil music and a serene ambiance.
• Free monthly massage or facial at the studio.

Schedule

Hours during the 2-3 week training period may differ. After training, hours are:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 3pm-9pm
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 3pm-9pm
• Saturday: 3pm-9pm
