About the role
Provide support to sales representatives by managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth order processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and provide pricing and delivery information.
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely product delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain pricing contracts within SAP and support international account invoicing processes.
Requirements
