Client Services Representative - East Coast
Responsibilities
- Communicates with clients, as directed.
- Uses system software for document management, correspondence and file management.
- Coincide and compile client deliverables.
- Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles.
- Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc. as requested by management.
- Administer administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL systems and databases as needed.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Supports team members and assists on larger initiatives.
- Adheres to project and program governance (controls).
- Helps to manage stakeholders’ communication.
- Performs other duties as directed.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Energy and Industrial Automation Field Evaluation Team. This role involves coordinating and scheduling on-site engineering evaluations to assist regulatory authorities in determining the compliance of a product, leading to its approval for installation. What We Offer
- Total Rewards: Estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 to $52,000, based on job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. Annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary is also available. Health benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, wellness benefits such as mental and financial health, and retirement savings (401K) are provided.
- Paid Time Off: Full-time employees receive 15 days of vacation, 12 days of holiday including floating holidays, and 72 hours of sick time off.
