Client Services Representative - East Coast
Responsibilities
- Communicates with clients, as directed.
- Uses system software for document management, correspondence and file management.
- Coincide and compile client deliverables.
- Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles.
- Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc. as requested by management.
- Administer administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL systems and databases as needed.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Supports team members and assists on larger initiatives.
- Adheres to project and program governance (controls).
- Helps to manage stakeholders’ communication.
- Performs other duties as directed.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Energy and Industrial Automation Field Evaluation Team. This role involves coordinating and scheduling on-site engineering evaluations to assist regulatory authorities in determining product compliance, ultimately leading to “approval” of installations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong sense of urgency, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in computer tools and software such as Flex, Sales Force, and Notes. Strong organizational and project management abilities are essential, along with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks simultaneously.
What We Offer
- Total Rewards: Estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 to $52,000, based on job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. Annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary is available. Health benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness programs, and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each location or country. Full-time employees receive paid time off, including vacation (15 days), holiday (12 days), and sick time (72 hours).
