Client Services Representative
About the role
This role is a Client Support Specialist position based in Maitland, FL with a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote per week. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding products via phone and email.
- Use strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers, resolve issues, and assist in the use of products and systems.
- Follow up and follow through throughout new projects, requests, and cases.
- Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, decide on a course of action, and be accountable for actions and decisions.
- Communicate with Delivery service providers.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance, and training as needed.
- Meet department standards and metrics.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
- 2+ years of Client Services experience.
- Proficiency with various computer systems.

Pay and Benefits
