About the role

We are a small animal hospital located in the beautiful Wildomar area. We are seeking a client service representative who is able to multitask, willing to help our clients and pets, professional, friendly, reliable, and hardworking. The ideal candidate loves animals and wants to make a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones
• Multitasking
• Customer service
• Problem solving
• Cleaning and disinfecting
• Maintaining charts
• Scheduling appointments
• Handling financial transactions

Requirements

Animal experience preferred. Must be available for closing shifts and Saturdays.
