Client Services Representative

Hometown Animal Hospital & Dental Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic personality to join our front desk team! A Client Services Representative/Client Relations Specialist is an in-hospital position that performs check-in, check-out and basic reception duties. A typical day would include: answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, performing payment transactions, placing outbound calls, filing insurance claims, obtaining medical records, and other tasks. This position is requires computer proficiency, an outgoing personality, world class customer service and occasional weekend availability. No medical or veterinary experience required! We're willing to teach the right candidates. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone callsGreet clients and their petsMake outbound calls to clientsSchedule and confirm appointmentsPrepare forms and estimates for appointmentsProcess payments, including cash, credit, and CareCreditSubmit insurance claims and follow-up to ensure payments are receivedEnsure client satisfaction through excellent serviceInform clients about products and services offered Qualifications Prior phone or customer service experience requiredPrior veterinary experience preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or relevant work experience required Ability to maintain a positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent typing and computer skills Familiarity with Avimark is a plus! Bilingual applicants welcomed!
