About the role
Back Cove Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary client care specialist to join our 5-doctor veterinary hospital in Portland. Come join a compassionate and progressive group of exceptional veterinary professionals, in our beautiful and modern facility just steps from the Back Cove Trail. Our hospital has been thoughtfully designed to match our practice philosophy of maximizing employee, client and patient well-being and comfort. We are a paper-less practice equipped with digital radiology (including a designated dental suite), ultrasound and full in-house laboratory. Responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional client experience
- Greeting clients and pets
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Managing client communications through email
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing payments
- Making sure reception is clean and presentable
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Computer proficiency
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- At least 2-years of experience working in a veterinary hospital (Required)
- Flexible schedule and available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month
