Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
- Communicating effectively with clients and staff
- Organizing and updating client records
- Using computer systems to manage tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience is highly preferred but not required
- Bilingual, a plus
- Professional appearance required; scrubs are to be worn at all times
- Must be at work when scheduled and be timely
- Must be 18 years or older
- Work well independently and in a group
