Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
• Communicating effectively with clients and staff
• Organizing and updating client records
• Using computer systems to manage tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience is highly preferred but not required
• Bilingual, a plus
• Professional appearance required; scrubs are to be worn at all times
• Must be at work when scheduled and be timely
• Must be 18 years or older
• Work well independently and in a group
