Responsibilities

  • Client account management
  • Settling client complaints/disputes
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Other projects as needed by the department manager

Qualifications

  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • The initiative to work independently and thrive in a team environment
  • Dedicated thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in Salesforce or the insurance industry is a plus
  • Ability to deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence
  • Able to be organized and a multi-tasker with excellent judgment on prioritization within a high-volume transactional environment

Company Information

Compensation: $21.30/hr DOE
Incentive Compensation: Eligible for monthly commission
