Client Services Representative
Responsibilities
- Client account management
- Settling client complaints/disputes
- Taking credit card payments
- Other projects as needed by the department manager
Qualifications
- 1 year customer service experience
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- The initiative to work independently and thrive in a team environment
- Dedicated thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Salesforce or the insurance industry is a plus
- Ability to deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence
- Able to be organized and a multi-tasker with excellent judgment on prioritization within a high-volume transactional environment

Company Information
Compensation: $21.30/hr DOE
Incentive Compensation: Eligible for monthly commission
