About the role
L&E Research connects clients with consumers, medical professionals, business professionals, and more – for virtually any market research project. We make efficient and accurate connections through the ongoing development of L&E’s software and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
- Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
- Reset spaces quickly between studies, ensuring the next group is ready to go.
- Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
- Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they arise.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
- Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
- Ability to stand for long stretches, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Curiosity about new tools and technology, including AI.
Qualifications
- Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.

Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 20 - 25 USD per hour(US)
