About the role
We’re hiring a Client Services Representative (CSR) to help create great experiences for clients and research participants. Our facilities are where these conversations happen, and our Client Services team is what makes them feel welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of upon arrival.
- Set up rooms, A/V equipment, food, and materials for research sessions.
- Reset spaces quickly between studies to prepare for the next group.
- Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
- Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or other team needs as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
- Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
- Able to stand for long stretches, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Curious about new tools and technology, including AI.
Qualifications
- Experience in client services, hospitality, or administrative support.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
