Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies, so the next group is ready to go.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
• Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they arise.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast pace.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
• Ability to stand for long stretches, move around the facility, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Curious about new tools and technology, including AI.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.

Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support is a plus.

Schedule
