Client Services Representative
Location: Hollywood, CA (On-Site). Regular work at the Santa Monica studio; occasional travel to the Hollywood studio or client locations.
Hours: Variable shifts including late nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime as needed.
About the role
The Client Services Representative is part of Company 3’s Client Services Team, dedicated to maintaining the company’s industry-leading reputation through exceptional hospitality. This role focuses on attending to client and artist needs, maintaining kitchen and common areas, and supporting the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Build excellent client relations and create a warm, inviting environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Oversee all steps of service during supervised sessions, including greeting clients, ordering meals, preparing food and beverages, and fulfilling requests with professionalism.
- Work directly with Operations to optimize department efficiency.
- Assist in preparation for client luncheons and meetings, including light food preparation.
- Set up daily coffee and breakfast, restock communal snacks and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and common areas.
- Monitor bays, conference rooms, and lobby for tidiness and upkeep.
- Order supplies and miscellaneous goods while adhering to a budget.
- Plan and execute weekly events, order client gifts, and handle reservations for client dinners.
- Run errands for the kitchen, clients, and staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to plan and execute larger annual parties.
- Plan and execute celebrations for birthdays and holidays.
- Provide support at other studios as needed.
- Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk Reception team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience.
- Strong understanding of service and hospitality.
- Ability to anticipate needs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Adaptability, acute attention to detail, and excellent judgment and discretion.
- Ability to maintain a polished and mature demeanor while servicing VIP clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work well independently.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages competing priorities.
- Meticulous, organized, and works calmly under pressure.
- Prior experience with espresso machines.
- Creative eye and ability to think outside the box to offer solutions.
- Interest in film.

Pay
$20.00 USD hourly.
