Client Services Project Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Client Services Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for key client representatives
• Coordinate client deliverables to drive satisfaction
• Execute project forecasts according to senior management guidelines
• Ensure project and client requirements meet high-quality standards
• Communicate proactively with clients and address issues promptly
• Maintain updated records on project statuses
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills with confident leadership presence
• Excellent client relationship management and expectation-setting skills
• Understanding of database design and legal document review processes
• Capability to control all project aspects from planning to execution

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually
