About the role
Reporting to the Client Services Project Manager (CSPM), the Project Coordinator – CS will be assigned ownership of a specific piece of a Project and will prepare, process, and perform quality control on electronic data before delivering to the client. The role focuses on providing quality results while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a high-level liaison with key client representatives to own the total service delivery relationship.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction through coordination and execution of all client deliverables.
- Provide substantive oversight to client-specific projects managed on a day-to-day basis by the Production Team.
- Create project plans by identifying tasks, resources, deadlines, schedules, and specifications for deliverables.
- Ensure client and project requirements are met by regularly meeting with project teams.
- Provide team leadership to develop and motivate staff, enabling them to assume additional responsibilities.
- Instill client confidence through proactive communication and serve as the point of escalation when necessary.
- Evaluate subcontractors and make strategic recommendations to align with clients’ needs and expectations.
- Consult with clients throughout the litigation lifecycle to help plan, organize, digitize, and present cases cost-effectively and timely.
- Manage and support a wide range of electronic discovery projects across the EDRM spectrum, from technology consultation to document review and production.
- Advise case teams on database design and workflow, offering tailored solutions based on best practices and project details.
- Oversee support staff and training, track deadlines, verify client specifications, perform QC, and create deliverables.
- Perform QA on processed data to verify no collection gaps and ensure processing instructions were enforced.
- Create and maintain detailed case documentation to record critical actions and decisions.
- Coordinate support staff, managers, outside and opposing counsel, and convey technical concepts to users of all experience levels.
- Maintain timely communication with clients from project initiation to closure, covering scope, pricing, turnaround, deliverables, MIS, and reporting.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and KPIs at project closure.
Qualifications & Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office and basic image and text files.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in various stages.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Engaged, enthusiastic about work and learning.
- Flexible and available to work some evening and weekend shifts.
- BCA or MCA degree.
- Knowledge of basic programming; NUIX, SQL, Relativity, LAW Pre-Discovery, or IPRO is a strong plus.
