Full time, hybrid role based in Woonsocket, RI. Monday and Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday in office. Must be flexible to meet client needs and complete other projects as assigned.

About the role

The Client Services Program Specialist leads program change, ensures clear understanding of account priorities, and drives initiatives using project plans. They conduct regular internal and client reviews, manage program changes holistically, and assess implementation success. The role involves writing clear, executable program instructions, monitoring daily or weekly service delivery, and actively resolving issues with the lab. The specialist maintains regular communication with Account Management, shares presentations and meeting notes, and engages Technical Consultants or clients as needed. They use BV systems (e.g., OneSource, Tableau Reporting) to monitor program KPIs and prepare standardized summaries for clients. Building strong relationships with the Operations team in Buffalo, NY, and continuously improving program documentation are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track products for testing by Bureau Veritas’ Buffalo, NY laboratory, including an annual product review to determine in-scope items.
  • Communicate with retailer Distribution Centers (DCs) to pull products and send them to the testing lab.
  • Review laboratory test reports and manage testing deviations (failures), including root-cause investigations and communication with vendors, manufacturers, brokers, labs, and retail client stakeholders (QA, Merchandising, Warehouse).
  • Attend weekly meetings with the BV lab and retail client.
  • Manage the monthly testing invoice process.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Bureau Veritas Buffalo, NY team and/or client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of three years of total working experience, with experience in program management, consumer product testing, quality assurance, process/quality engineering, or design for manufacturability.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of the above.

Pay

$37–$41 an hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, education, experience, and skillset.
