Client Services Operations Analyst - Remote - Nationwide

About the role
As a Client Services Operations Analyst, you will interact with multiple departments, both internally and externally, representing Billing Operations. This role involves monitoring and analyzing reports, dashboards, and metrics to identify and communicate trends, preparing presentations and reports to support recommended solutions, and collaborating with leadership to implement action plans.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments and outside payers/vendors to execute solutions.
- Participate in workgroups as both contributor and lead for efficiency gains and problem/payer resolution.
- Assist in New Start implementations, including research, data analysis, payer review, and follow-up.
- Meet with Regional/Medical/Reimbursement directors to communicate site updates and information on RCM Operations calls.
- Provide assistance and support for multiple client contracts/locations with reporting requests, site start-ups, monitoring reports, and hosting calls to resolve issues.
- Perform quality assurance checks of processes at standard intervals, including system issues and chart flow.
- Support Information Technology and Information Systems teams by communicating and managing operational needs.
- Coordinate with Operations Analyst and Senior Management on areas of support, follow-up requests, and research on operational improvements.
- Facilitate projects across multiple departments and work on special reports such as claims patterns, reimbursement trends, and metric tracking.
- Coordinate project documentation and assist with tracking and monitoring various projects.
- Build networking relationships both internally and externally, understanding confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Two (2) years minimum experience in related leadership and/or training with similar responsibilities.
- Prior experience performing similar reporting and/or analytical duties.
- Prior experience at a medical office and working in the Medical Billing field is preferred.
- College coursework is highly desirable.
Skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of Billing Operations/Accounts Receivable processes and procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills to parse through meaningful information and filter out unneeded data.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $24.28 - $30.36, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, based on the company’s annual performance. Final base salary compensation will be determined based on skills, education, and experience, with consideration for internal equity.
