Client Services Manager (Remote, Phoenix)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates in the USA or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

Requirements

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency (required).
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Pay

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
