Client Services Manager - Raleigh/Durham

What You’ll Do

• Lead in-person and virtual client consultations, guiding clients through design decisions and purchase options with clarity and confidence
• Play an active role in the creative development of each piece, helping clients choose stones, settings, and personalized details
• Drive consultative sales, supporting clients from initial interest through final purchase
• Manage ongoing client communication, ensuring a thoughtful, organized, and responsive experience
• Partner with design and production teams to bring each client’s vision to life with accuracy and care
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all client interactions and project steps
• Support showroom readiness and coordinate inventory for client meetings as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• Demonstrated interest in design, aesthetics, or craftsmanship
• The ability to guide clients through decisions with confidence, clarity, and care
• A commitment in the active work needed to welcome a variety of diverse people and perspectives
• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining nuanced or technical concepts
• Experience managing client relationships beyond in-person interactions, including consistent written communication and follow-up across multiple channels
• A highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines without losing detail
• A self-motivated and adaptable person in a fast-moving, growing company
• Collaborative, thoughtful, and open to feedback

Location & Schedule

This is a hybrid role based in Durham, with regular in-person work in our showroom. You can live anywhere within commuting distance from the showroom. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, including some evenings, to align with client availability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $72,800
• Performance-based quarterly bonus
